AlphaGenome Atlas in RNU4-2: a focused computational benchmark
We compared AlphaGenome Atlas variant-impact scores with published experimental effects in RNU4-2. A focused benchmark of 435 transcript variants, with reproducible analysis and clearly stated limits.
